That iconic green could only belong to one client: TD! Our team took on the landlord work of gutting the existing space, structural work and extensions, and a refresh of the exterior facade. Then, as designed by Red Studio Inc., we completed the full fit-up of 12,500 square feet, which involved high end finishes, glazed entry systems, a mechanical and electrical overhaul and new HVAC system.
