Established in 1989, the company was born out of both necessity and opportunity. Necessity stemming from the reality that Ottawa lacked a locally-based contracting capability specializing in retail, commercial and institutional interiors. Opportunity in leading the Ottawa market with a full service approach to interior retail, commercial and institutional construction.

Now embarking on its third decade of service excellence, Terlin is proud of its many achievements and proven track record as the "supplier of choice" for leading institutions and national retail chains.
