Completion of High School, and Post-Secondary Education
Knowledge of construction, Computer Skills (Auto Cad LT experience would be an asset)
Drivers License
Minimum 5 years with small-medium Commercial projects
English, (French would be an asset)
Quantity take off from architectural drawings and specs, discuss with sub-trades and suppliers project concerns/details, attend site meetings/job showings, work in a team environment, submit general correspondence relating to each project schedule, possess strong organizational skills
Dynamic person with strong customer service skills
